Mark is driven, considered and proactive, foreseeing and tackling issues before they arise, and calling on our collaborative ‘no-hierarchy’ model to ensure smooth experiences for all our clients. Beyond DNA, Mark is equally active and positive, enjoying kite surfing and sailing with his family, or cheering them on in their own sporting endeavours.

Ralph’s keen attention to detail and wealth of experience guides our site teams seamlessly through the intricacies of our diverse project portfolio, and protects our clients’ interests throughout. Off site, Ralph enjoys clay pigeon shooting and fishing, and he’s the humble ‘taxi driver’ in support of his children’s hobbies and ambitions.
