We decided early on that asking a contractor to take on the whole project would be very expensive so instead we went down a Construction Management route and involved DNA who have been brilliant since they first got involved. We had to start by supporting the cliff and we are now near to finishing the first six houses and starting on phase two which is made up of 42 apartments all overlooking the sea.
